URGENT - Change of Venue for PERC-MNCC AGM #21 on 19 June 2010 @ 4.30pm

CHANGE OF VENUE FOR PERC-MNCC AGM ON 19TH JUNE 2010

I refer to my earlier notifications dated 15th May 2010 and 5th June 2010 regarding the PERC-MNCC AGM scheduled for 19th June 2010 @ 4.30pm at Bangunan MAKSAK (formerly Kelab Ilham), 225 Jalan Macalister, Pulau Pinang.

This is to inform you that, for reasons beyond the control of PERC-MNCC, the venue has now been changed to Sri Inten, Level 2, Bayview Georgetown Hotel with the concurrence of our HQ. The dateand time remains the same i.e. 19 June 2010 at 4.30pm. Please see details below. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.


The programme for the AGM is as follows:
4.15pm Registration of AGM Participants
4.30pm Commencement of 21st PERC-MNCC AGM
5.15pm Tea Break with snacks

MNCC Membership Fees

Members who are in arrears of subscription including 2010 fees are advised to make their payments as soon as possible.

SUGGESTION FOR IDEAS AND ACTIVITIES

PERC will continue to organise events relating to ICT for its members.
Events such as

• conferences;
• seminars;
• tea talks;
• educational visits and
• workshops

can be held on a regular basis if PERC receives sufficient support from its members.

As always PERC tries to improve its performance and is open to suggestions. This form of interaction is of utmost importance for greater success. We invite ideas and suggestions from members for possible events/activities for 2009/2010.

If you have any suggestions for events that we can arrange, please contact us. We would also like to have your suggestions for topics for talks/seminars together with possible speakers. Members who wish to contribute articles that can be published in our PERC Bits, can e-mail us at

DATA BASE OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES OF NORTHERN REGION MEMBERS

We are once again appealing to MNCC members in Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Northern Perak to forward us their current e-mail addresses to enable us to update our database of e-mail addresses. Several e-mails that were sent to members have failed or returned in the past. We would like to keep you informed about all our activities.
